How to Apply
Apply Repeltec on surfaces in the rooms in your home where mosquitos and other flying insects like to be, and around entryways where they might enter your home. By stopping them when they come in and disrupting their sensory system, you reduce their numbers and the chances of getting bitten. The more surfaces you spray, the greater the repellent effect.
Cupboards: Stop flying insects around storage spaces by spraying the sides, fronts, bottoms and insides of storage spaces such as cabinets, wardrobes and boxes.
Bins and Garbage Disposal: Flying insects not only eat the waste we create, but use it as a breeding ground. By spraying inside and all around garbage cans, you minimise the chances of them getting a quick meal and filling your home with pests.
Curtains, Doors and Window Frames: Keep flying insects out by spraying around entry points. Spray window frames and curtains, doors and door frames. Do not spray directly on glass as this may leave a light residue.
Walls: Create an indoor insect repellent bubble by spraying as many interior walls as possible. Avoid spraying on the floor as it can become sticky when wet. The more surfaces covered, the more Picaridin is released into the air, which irritates the insects and makes them look for a way out as quickly as they can.
Furniture: Spray under and around furniture such as sofas and tables and on textile cushions (test a small textile area to see if the material absorbs Repeltec - if not, simply wash it off with soap and water).
Reapply every 2-3 months or when you see mosquitos returning. Repeltec is easy to use, just spray a thin layer onto clean surfaces and allow it to air dry for a few minutes.
Avoid spraying onto floors or smooth surfaces like glass or ceramic, as it may leave a slight residue.
